It seems that we have to wait for about a year for the Nokia Windows Phone 7 devices as Nokia has announced that the Nokia Windows Phone 7 handsets’ release is likely to be delayed till 2012.
Nokia India MD D Shivakuma has reportedly said that it is not satisfied with the current form of Microsoft mobile OS. So, it is speculated that Nokia might avoid Windows Phone 7 and go for its next version which is codenamed “Mango”.
However, a wait of one year is not that bad because it would support IE9, HTML5 and multitasking when released.
There are also rumours which suggest that Windows Phone 8 which is called Apollo is also likely to be released towards the end of 2012.
